I have had my ear wax removed after experiencing a blockage. The specialist lady was super helpful (sorry forgotten her name), process was efficient and painless, and result was amazing. Thank you team for professional and efficient service, have referred to family & friend. Highly recommended.

I had never had my ears cleaned before and felt a little nervous. The specialist made sure I was comfortable and informed before starting the procedure. She was very gentle and thorough. I was thrilled to have my hearing back to normal and instant relief from the discomfort that had been bothering me for weeks.

Had an appointment one week ago for ear wax removal. There was no improvement so I went to my GP today who said one ear still had wax. Very disappointing. I will not be returning here. After reading my review the Ear Clinic director made contact via a message and offered a free appointment or a refund. I wish I had made direct contact rather than posting my review, but that can't undo that the work was average. I have edited my initial response because of the refund

Very disappointing. I had a 12:30pm appointment at the Orewa branch and both the receptionist and the consultant were late and only appeared in the office around 12:45pm. No apologies offered by either of them. I had wax removed from my ears which probably took a whole 5 minutes for $58. No meaningful inter-action with the consultant who gave very general and and unhelpful answers to my questions. Just not professional at all. My hearing was no better afterwards and I would not bother going back there again.
