I contacted Serena at the Nail Vault to take care of the manis and pedis for myself and my bridal party, and she has been an absolute dream to work with! I was specifically looking for someone who could travel to my home, and Serena provides this service. Serena has been so communicative and professional throughout, and spent an entire day at my home doing nails for 8 people. Serena was so well-liked by everyone, and my bridal party were so happy with their nails (and even commented that Serena's work was the best they had experienced). My French manicure for my wedding day was perfect and I will definitely recommend Serena and the Nail Vault to anyone looking for a personal and high-quality service!

Serena Is absolutely amazing! I've been seeing her for over a year and she has helped me stop my nail biting habit (which i had been trying to break for 6 years!). I honestly couldn't have done it with out her. She is an amazing nail tech, her nail art is absolutely stunning! She is super non judgmental and has been so supportive of me during my nail journey. I've seen her for Gel manicures and acrylic and they are always flawless every time and leave me feeling good about the way my hands and nails look whenever I leave my appointment. Couldn't recommend more!!

Found nail vault online and instantly this is my fave nail salon! Came here for my wedding nails and Serena has done a perfect job! She was able to make the exact design I wanted. My family & friends loved my nails and made me feel extra pretty on my special day! Thank you Nail Vault!

Loved going here! Serena is so sweet, good to talk to and amazing at nails. First time getting acrylics, and I am obsessed! It is the best nail place I have ever been to - I felt so welcome and felt like Serena really cared about how my nails turned out and did her best to do them exactly like I wanted. I will definitely be going back, and highly recomend to everyone.

1 on 1 experience where the technician is focused solely on you and the work done on you.
They cater to your individual nail needs/problems, offer advice/solutions. Great customer service makes the customer feel valued. Serena gave me her full attention throughout the hour and did the gel nails with high precision and great quality.
Im so picky and even the slightest error can trigger my ocd but theres no error here!! competent technicians. Not only do they do the job properly, but with great quality!! so i wouldnt say im satisfied instead, im happy! because my nails look so cute she has put in effort in each detail.
Definitely worth the money, its little bit extra than other places like in malls, but considering the time and effort put in, its great value for money.
and they actually have conversations with you!! yay
