I have been coming to Zurich for other 10 years. All stylist’s have been amazing - friendly, engaging, fun and do a great job so you always look your best. And they really looked after their clients during the COVID period which is a great indication of how they care and appreciate for their clients

Absolutely love this place! Wanted to leave a review after my first visit but thought maybe they were just trying to impress a new customer. However, just had my second appointment and still feel like i had the best hair salon experience in New Zealand. First of all,the staff is really polite! Like you don't really feel they have that fake smile on they seem genuine and considering. I love that they offer beverages and have massage chairs but it's not the best they have.My favourite part is that they listen to what you want and explain what is doable and what is required to achieve the results. They always check if you are comfortable with what they will do to your hair and if it goes just a bit off of original plan they make sure you are aware and you are happy with the it, like I was trimming my hair and on one side I had to cut 5 mm more than we first decided, Tash,the hairstylist who was doing my hair, explained why she needs to do it and made sure I'm ok with that! By the way, Tash is absolutely amazing! She is funny, she is easy to talk to and she actually remembers what you have told her 2 months ago! Also, I had the best head massage! I nearly fell asleep in less than a minute! I know it's quite long review but I still feel happy about last night's appointment :) oh and my hair look like a million bucks !!

I had an awesome first-time experience at Zurri Ellerslie - from the easy online booking to the fantastic cut and style.Their service was efficient and professional yet friendly.
Brendon is AMAZING! He listened to what I didn't want and then weaved his magic on a new fringe, cut and do-up. I felt like a million bucks without having to spend it :-)
Will definitely be back (from Christchurch) because it's worth the commute.
