I joined Antics a month ago and I think this has been one of the best things I have done. Cam is an exceptional trainer. He teaches, guides and focuses you to use the correct form. Each day is different. The gym has awesome setup and a very nice and friendly atmosphere. Even though it just has been a month since I have joined Antic I can feel a positive difference and have seen positive physical changes in a fellow member. I am now able to do exercises which I wouldn’t dared on my own at a different gym.

I’ve enjoy Antic on August of 2021. Antics gave me confidence in myself
Cam has been helping me to achieve my goals, I can see a huge difference in me since I started.
Antics differs from other gym because the training is very personalised. if you have an injury, Cam is going to modify the routing around what you can do.
I’ve been in many gym in my life but what this gym is offering it’s more than just a gym, its a group of an amazing people pushing each other to achieve personal goals with a high profesional trainers

Cam is a great trainer, he really knows what he is doing and makes sure you have great form every time. I have tried many gyms and Antics is the one I have stuck with, I have best results I’ve ever had and I feel stronger than I’ve ever felt. Antics has a great vibe, and it’s for anyone no matter what part of their fitness journey they are on. 10/10 recommend

Joined Antics as I needed to rehab sport-related shoulder and knee injuries. As part of this, I wanted to go to a gym that focused on technique and getting fundamentals right before lifting heavy weights. Cam has been great, taking the time to tailor workouts following advice from my physio.
I highly recommend Antics Gym for anyone who is wanting to regain fitness/strength following injury! Cam knows exactly how to get the most out of you without aggravating old injuries and it has been great being a part of the gym!

I've been going to Antics since the beginning of year and had no experience with gyms. 4 months in and I couldn't be happier with my progress! Cam gradually builds from doing basic movements well through adding weight and building strength in such a seamless way, all I had to do was show up! The breadth and depth of what is covered means that no one day is the same, making it ideal for daily sessions that are always interesting in a friendly and supportive environment
