This was our first time using Bailey Nelson and they were fantastic. Wasen who is the store manager was really helpful on the phone when we made an appointment for an eye test. In store, her and the optometrist were great helping my daughter choose glasses once she had had her appointment. We didn’t feel rushed and I felt they wanted to choose the right frames for her. Quick turn around of glasses too. I would definitely go back again and recommend this branch to others.

After finding Specsavers’ pricing a bit high, I decided to explore other optometrist stores. I visited one a week ago and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service. I needed reading glasses due to headaches when reading, and the staff helped me choose frames that suited my style. Their pricing was competitive, especially since anti-glare coating comes standard—a feature that usually costs an extra $100 per pair elsewhere.
Although glasses typically take two weeks to be ready, the attendant requested urgency on my order, as I needed them quickly. I was delighted when they were ready within a week. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and value of the glasses, as well as the friendly, informative, and helpful service I received.

Always such amazing service here! I didn’t get the name of the woman who helped me pick my glasses but she is so lovely with so much great knowledge and advice and endless patience, always has a smile on her face too! The optometrist is incredibly thorough and I always feel confident in the eye test and results. Such an awesome team 💖

Hi, I recently had my eyes tested at bailey nelson in botany. The whole process was dealt with in a very professional way the optometrist was so helpful and knowledgeable. I received my prescription and within a week collected my glasses. I would recommend bailey nelson to anyone five star treatment.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The team of ladies that helped me today went above and beyond, and it was second nature to them. From offering to charge my phone because my battery had died to being super accommodating and mindful of my 3 small children. Thank you ladies!
