I have been going to Liezl for nearly 2 years now. When I originally went to Liezl, I was seriously broken with extremely bad/unbearable headaches. Liezl was the only person who was able to fix the issue and I have been going to her ever since. She always knows how to fix any muscle issue and ensures the unbearable headaches do not return. I highly recommend Liezl to anyone who has any muscular issue or just needs a massage for health and wellbeing. She is AMAZING!!!

Amazing pain relief and information about my running injury. One session had me moving around quite freely. Now I am coming in weekly as the treatment was that good!

I have some health issues and oh I was I ready to give my body a break and a boost. I had a lymphatic drainage massage done by Jennifer, and what an experience! The room was just the right temperature with relaxing back ground music. The scent, I’m guessing that was coming from the pre-warmed towel and blankets, relaxed me even more. Jennifer is such a lovely lady and she did an amazing job, her hands were nice and warm, soft and yet firm, applying just the right amount of pressure. It literally felt like a warm caring ‘mothers-touch’! I HIGHLY recommend and will be going again :)

I suffered a terrible muscle spasm and Jennifer’s magical hands helped me aloooot. It was such a relief after my session and she even teaches me stretchings that i can do at home. Very clean and cosy place. Highly recommended!!!
