Recently started going to JF Physio for my knee injury. The staff are so kind and really do listen to what your needs are. I have had an amazing experience, from someone who was nervous about getting acupuncture and physio, I honestly can’t thank Nick and Matt enough for their support and understanding during my appointments. You have a loyal patient with me. Nick has helped so much and really taken his time with making sure I was comfortable and okay with everything he did during my treatments. I always feel at ease going there and getting my physio and acupuncture done because I just know I’ll be made comfortable and treated with upmost care. With the wealth of knowledge the team at JF physio has, I can honestly say, they will get you back on the mend! Would highly recommend paying these wonderful people a visit.

Matt and his team are great. Professional and very skillful. Shout out to Nick for doing a great job on my back. After a couple of sessions I feel in tip top shape!

I have never really experienced feeling a difference straight after getting treatments but after sessions from jf i have been experiencing difference straight after! They listen to what the pain is like and figures out what treatment is needed for which part of my body and matches to my needs
I have had treatments with Matt, Tim and Nick and all of them are great, it was great getting treatments from all of them as i get to try variety of treatments each of them specialize more in which i was able to try many treatment ways and see which works better for me! Great location and relaxing atmosphere 😊

An absolutely wonderful experience! The team was friendly, patient, and highly professional. The acupuncture and massage effectively relieved my muscle pain. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Huge thanks to Tim, Matt, and Nick—I’ll be coming back for sure！

Excellent team at JF Physio. Matt and Nick have been extremely helpful getting me back on the mend.
They have been integral part of helping me with my back and shoulders and they offer excellent advice regarding keeping the body functional and healthy.
