With no past experience of Reformer Pilates I have nothing to compare. However I did visit a few gyms in Dec/Jan & did my fair amount of research. Scott was great with communication before I joined & Jessica is amazing. The small classes mean you receive individual attention yet the more experienced are not held up. Extremely clean, lovely atmosphere & plenty of parking. I have a lot to learn but am so glad I chose Link Health & Fitness.

I came to this Gym from Snap Fitness....I like this gym as not over crowded and walking distance for me. The staff are so patient and great at showing the correct use of equipment and they are supportive. I lost weight and feeling toned and getting compliments thanks to this gym. I recommend 💯!!

Moved to the area and trialed this gym before quitting my old one. As it was more expensive than my old gym, I wanted to know whether it was worth it and it absolutely is. Everything is so clean and well looked after. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and the space is a somewhere you want to work out in. You feel safe to try new things.
100% recommend and safe to say I swapped gyms and won't be looking back.

Scott and Jess have created something special at their gym—a place where you not only work out but also feel like you belong. The atmosphere they've cultivated is friendly and supportive, making every visit a positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for more than just a gym!

I cannot believe my luck in finding this gym. It is by far the best I have been to. It offers flexible membership options, pilates classes and gives you the option to put your membership on hold without the usual dramas. The gym is next level clean and has plenty of parking options which takes a lot of stress out of making a class on time, or putting you off going altogether.
This gym is also perfect for anyone who who doesn't feel confident in big gym set ups. The members I have met so far are respectful and the owners Jess and Scott are super friendly and helpful.
