The cover under the car came loose on the motorway a few days after getting the transmission oil changed. Luckily no one was hurt. Friendly and helpful staff but the job wasn’t done right.

I’ve just been into oil changers to get my car serviced and it was awesome, super fast, literally 10-15 minutes max and I just stayed in my car while they did the service. Its like going through a car wash.
None of the hassle of having to drop your car off, arrange to be picked up or get a loan vehicle etc.
Highly recommend you give it a try sometime if you need a vehicle service.

I needed an automatic trans service, so messaged the staff with my vehicle details 5 days in advance to ensure they could carry out this. The vehicle details and licence plate were supplied.
I was emailed back with a price confirming that it could be done and stating that this would need to occur on a weekday as they were busy on Saturdays.
After taking time off from work, they completed the engine oil change, but then said they couldn't service the automatic transmission as they needed to see the car first to confirm whether it could be done. They then suggested I go to an AT specialist nearby.
Had they stated they needed to see the car first in the email, I wouldn't have taken hours off work and would have gone somewhere else.

First time trying these guys today and they will be my new go to.
They answered my email enquiry politely and promptly and on getting there the whole job was done in 10 mins. Friendly staff and a great price too. Would recommend to all.

Life savers. After an AA inspection we were told that the oil engine was leaking on the exhaust, which might cause a fire. Weird because the oil level was always the same so the engine wasn't consuming oil at all. No oil in the coolant circuit either. They wanted to book us for the next day to repair the alleged leak but didn't want to give us a price, or at least a range to expect. It could be $200 or $2000. Lucky I'm something of a mechanic myself and I checked the engine bay everywhere. No oil leak at sight. So we brought the car here, to Oil Changers, to have a second opinion because we trust them. And as expected, the engine was alright, no oil anywhere, it just looked dirty because it's 16 years old. AA were basically trying to scam us (this is my opinion, Oil Changers guys were too nice to accuse anyone). They didn't even charge us for the consultation. Highly recommended for any service, they are definitely trustworthy.
