Best lash experience of my life! I got my lashes done by Serena right after moving to New Zealand so I was a bit anxious about figuring out where to go but can’t believe how lucky I got. The experience was so good, I felt very well taken care of and she is genuinely interested in working on getting you the exact result you desire. On top of all that she is very easy to talk to, we pretty much shared our full life stories with each other and there wasn’t a single dull moment, it was more like talking to a friend rather than a stranger. I will be coming back again and again, that’s for sure.
Edit: The lashes are also the best ones regarding quality I’ve ever had. Just got them redone today and they lasted me for 6.5 weeks and still almost half of them were there so I didn’t look crazy even after all this time. Very happy.

Serena is the best lash tech I have ever been to! She always prioritises her clients comfort and is so lovely to talk to. She always does exactly what I ask for with my lashes and does so well every time. My lashes usually last 5+ weeks its amazing. I occasionally get my eyebrows done with her and her shaping is brilliant.

Got my lash extensions and bottom lash lift done by Serena. I always get my lashes done everywhere I travel so I’ve experienced a lot of salons…She was the first salon artist to suggest me a cc curl and I absolutely LOVED it. Not only does she do great job at making your lashes perfect but she recommends lash types, shapes and length based on your eyes. She also maximized her working hour for me…went to the salon twice in one day lol!. Overall, comfortable and relaxing environment to get the perfect lashes that suits your eyes!!! Definitely coming back here when I’m visiting Auckland again. Thank you Serena

I was there with my friend two days ago, Serene, she is a professional lash tech, she did a great job for both of us. Highly recommend you guys to go, it was a coincidence that she has availability for us as well because she was fully booked two months ago. We were doing the wet look C/CC curl. She also did the consultation about what you like and don’t like, eyes shape, length. Would definitely go back if I have and AKL flight again.💖✨

Just got a lash lift done and had the most amazing experience! My lashes look incredible and Serene was super kind and knows what she’s doing. Very welcoming atmosphere, 100% recommended and I will definitely come back next time!!
