The care, the "we really want to help you" feeling from this place is above and beyond. They really DO CARE.....Sarah's massages are superb, she somehow she can sense what bits are hurting, and gets all the knots and narly bits away! To me, Top Notch is a MUST HAVE in my life, not just a treat.

I saw Sarah for a remedial massage therapy. Been having a mild-moderate pain on my lower back and glute muscles. Sarah's massage was amazing. I felt so light after the massage and I could feel that all the tension in my body was lifted. Sarah was so friendly and her explanations were very clear throughout the massage. Highly recommend seeing Sarah😊

Have been seeing Sarah at Top Notch now for a couple of months and every session has been really relaxed and comfortable. My work means that I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk hunched over a keyboard so my body/muscles can get very stiff and tight. Sarah uses a range of different massage techniques and my back and legs have been feeling great.

Sarah really knows her stuff. As well as a great massage she gave me a couple of top life tips to help with posture and keeping calm, so all the stress doesn’t make me tight and hunched. Would definitely recommend.

Before going in for my first massage, I thought my calves, feet and back were my top priority as my body felt achy and tense in these areas. But after the consultation she clearly saw how i was sitting my shoulders hunced over and I looked very uncomfortable. She worked out my very tight forearms, shoulders and chest which at the end of the massage i felt so relaxed in all areas of my body. Even my feet felt amazing and she never once touched them. First massage from her since my pregnancy 2 years ago and I highly highly recommend her!
